TERMS OF BUSINESS
  1. We are not responsible for the fastness, running of color, shrinkage, damage to embellishments, or embroidery work on garments during the cleaning process.
  2. Solvents only remove oil, grease, and dust stains. Water-soluble stains such as sweat, sugar, milk, tea, coffee, etc., are removed by chemical spotting. The firm reserves the right to perform chemical spotting.

  3. In case of loss of garment for which the firm accepts liability, the firm will have the option of either repairing the item or paying upto 5 times the cleaning charges, or 25% of the item’s cost, whichever is less.

  4. Every effort is made to remove stains; however, it is not possible to remove stubborn or unremovable stains.

  5. All articles are accepted at the customer's risk and liability.

  6. The tariff for garments is decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the garment. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.

  7. While every effort is made for timely delivery, delivery of garments may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, in which case new timelines shall be informed.

  8. We will undertake the cleaning of garments in the best possible manner, as deemed fit by our technicians. The various cleaning methods employed may include Wash in Emulsifier, Detergents and Softeners, Soft Wash for delicate garments, and technologies such as Perchloroethylene and Hydrocarbon.

  9. It is not always possible to check for cuts, holes, scratches, or stains at the time of booking. If any defects are noticed during processing, the customer will be informed, and further processing will only proceed with the customer’s consent.

  10. No agent or employee of the firm has any authority to alter or modify the above-mentioned terms and conditions.

  11. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising from fire, burglary, or other similar incidents.

  12. Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of garments if they are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. A penalty of 10% of the billing amount per month will be charged for delayed collection. Articles not claimed within three months from the date of receipt of cleaning will be disposed of.

  13. All disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Panchkula.
